Product: Waterproof Membrane Protection

Material: Polypropylene Corrugated Sheets

Application: Corram sheets are waterproof and shock-resistant and are often used to protect membranes against liquids, humidity, punctures, scratches and shocks. Corram sheets can be produced with an extra high puncture resistance in order to make the protectant even stronger.

There are many ways to apply the sheets on a surface. For example, the Corram sheets can simply be placed on top of hot asphalt before it cools down, or a solvent-based glue can be applied as an adhering agent between the surface and the protection sheet.

Mineral oils, solvents, acids and bases do not affect Corram sheets.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

UV Protection

Corram sheets can be produced with a UV protectant. This will extend the life of the sheets and their print work when exposed to the sun.

Fire-Retardant Sheets

A fire-retardant version of Corram sheets is available. Please let us know the fire rating you require, and we will produce the sheets accordingly.

Our customers can choose any color for the sheets or printed artwork. Just tell us what you need, and we can provide you with a sample.

Thickness

Corram sheets can be produced in a thickness between 1.5 and 10 mm. We can advise you on what thickness to choose depending on the purpose of use.

Weight

The weight of Corram sheets is expressed in GSM (grams per square meter). The higher you choose your GSM, the stronger and stiffer the material will be.

Size

Corram sheets are available in any requested size. The length can be as long as required; the width is limited to 240 cm.

Custom Printing

Corram sheets can be supplied with high‐resolution, full‐color printing. Send us your design, and we can directly print it onto the sheets in our factory.

Puncture Resistance

We can supply our Corram sheets in any requested puncture resistance grade. Just let us know the PR you require, and we will supply the material including a test report.
